Hi there, just read the fine print. Your hotel needs all customers to show PCR test certificate, right? That's unusual since I have made few reservations in Thailand, none require such as per government rules and regulations. Pls confirm

An premier double with 2 beds sleeps 3 adults ?

Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. If the customer staying more than 2 people, we have an extra bed service. The extra bed costs THB 995/bed/night, maximum capacity is 1 and this price is breakfast included.

hi do you hav parking lot?

Our customers can park the car at Chang Taem Temple. It is opposite our hotel. The temple doors will open from 6 am to 1 pm or customers can leave the car keys with the hotel. Our staff will take care of your vehicle.

our airport shuttle transfer service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. for 450 THB per trip, per car with a maximum capacity of 4 passengers.

Do you allow 2adults and 1 child in the double room? What’s price for an additional breakfast?

Children under 12 years old can share a bed with 2 adults, but if the customer requires an extra bed. Our hotel have an extra bed service for 995 baht / night, this price includes breakfast.

If we are booking for Feb 2023, Do you really require a negative PCR test at check in? We would have been traveling for 2+ weeks by the time we arrived in Chiang Mai. Are you asking for a 48 hrs pre-arrival PCR test regardless of vaccine status?

We would like to inform you that now we no longer use PCR test at check in but the customer must have received all 3 vaccinations.

which room type can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (age 4 and 5)? any room type with 2 double bed?

We would like to inform you that our hotel has rooms for 2 people only and children under 12 years old can share a bed with 2 adults. Also, our hotel not have a room with 2 double bed. We have only 1 large bed and twin bed room.

Hello if my train gets there at 5am in the morning, is it possible for an early check in?

The customer can leave luggage with us at the front desk if the room are not available by the time that the customer arrive.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is great. The staff are charming and very helpful and give you a great sense of being welcomed. The fixed menu breakfast was surprisingly a good refreshing concept and was good and generous as well as had a large variety.
Some closet space would have come in handy (there’s none)

Beautiful hotel with charm and elegant character in excellent location.
The hotel is exquisite! Beautifully appointed lobby and dining area. Location is 10/10! It’s in the Old Town - walking distance to everywhere in the historic centre. Could not be happier with our stay. Many thanks.

Very Good
Lana style boutique hotel. Lovely decoration. The location is spotted on. Walking distance to Sunday and Saturday night market. There are lots of massage place and restaurants nearby. Love the Thai style breakfast
